I like Spacek's voice more than Loretta Lynn's. I bought the soundtrack to Coal Miner's Daughter back in the early 80s and was quite disappointed to find out that the vocals were being done by Lynn instead of Spacek.
What worries me here is that I totally understand this conversation.
