But sticking with the first quote, here's my Friday night:

I was so proud of myself for going swimming (indoors) even though it was totally gross out. I got my bathing suit on, I pull on my track pants--and step right onto my ipod shuffle dock, impaling myself on that piece that sticks out that you plug the ipod into. As in, the whole thing went right up into my foot. So a bloody trip the ER, a tetanus shot, a giant bandage, and a caveat not to swim for 48 hours. But kind of a funny story. And it doesn't hurt anymore, so that's good.
