I have lotsa respect for companies that actually take the time to answer proactive consumers. Sure, the cynic in me says it's programmed and template-driven. But given how few companies do even that much, it's nice to see nevertheless.

Did they send you any free product, too? Once upon a time, consumer contact was often rewarded with a few freebies.
