Out of context and without hearing the words spoken, it sounds like in the first quote, she was asking why there were only two elves following you, when in fact, she was wondering why there were elves following you at all. In June. Just thought I'd clarify.
That would counter the vicious racial stereotype that black people don't like camping. Though, really, who does?
