This weekend I. . .

•Schlepped to Huntington, Long Island to take part in an OCD research study and took the YBOCS test for what is probably the hundredth or so time in my life. I also realized that as I answered the questions, my symptoms are under much better control than they had been.
•Walked almost pain-free in my new sports sandals (I'm seeing a new doctor tomorrow-a physiatrist--about my continuing shin pain.)
•Found out I'm going to stay at the awesome Animal Kingdom Lodge for my entire stay at Disney World in January. (My sister and I are renting "points" from a Disney Vacation Club member; hopefully it will all work out.)
•Could not get the cat to use the new litter box. (I am still hopeful, though. He's just being a stubborn jerk.)
•Slept in for the first Sunday in a while. (Alas, no nap)
•Became instantly addicted to The N's new teen weight-loss show, Student Body (The really funny thing, although not so funny thing, is that when I just went to the Student Body web site to get a hyperlink, there was a banner ad for Sonic restaurants.)
•Finally watched Dawn of the Dead,
the 1978 version, after my co-worker G lent it to me about three months ago. I'm glad he did; it was fun, although very disgusting.
•Watched part of BIG on PBS. I've said it before and I'll say it again: I love watching movies on PBS, because it's totally free and without commercials and makes me feel like I'm getting a real bargain.
•Had an interesting conversation with J. Bear. . . at least I think it was interesting. Three-year-olds are hard to understand over the phone.

And some other stuff.
I think I'll take a walk outside now. The summer sun's calling my name.

How was that walk in the sun? Sounds like a good weekend to me Carli.
