You guys really couldn't stink more. . . really. In this last go-around in my quest to have you correct something as simple as an incorrect weight on an item sold on the Walmart Web site, I again reiterated that this item is listed as 14.7 pounds, when in actuality (and I know this because I've already purchased the item elsewhere), it does not weigh more than a pound. This mistake drives the shipping cost up and overcharges customers.
The last time I complained about this, a few days ago, I received a phone call from customer service saying that I could call and they would ship me the item for the correct shipping cost. This is NOT what I was trying to accomplish at all. I already bought the item--at Toys R Us. I'm trying to get you to fix the weight on the Web site so that OTHER PEOPLE don't get overcharged for shipping.
It's as if the people who work at Walmart.com don't understand the English language, or just don't care. Either way, this is the last you'll hear from me on this matter. I can't believe that something so simple can't be understood, let alone fixed. Your low costs are not a substitution for efficient, intelligent communication skills. I feel like I've been emailing the dumbest people on Earth for the last two months.

I'm comforted by the fact that the people who work for their online arm are just as moronic as the ones who work in their actual retail stores.
It saddens me how low the Wal-Martization of society has forced us all to go.
I hate the way they greet me at the door. I feel like they can tell I'm a liberal.
This kind of thing drives me nuts! It is such a simple thing to fix...I guess the truth is, thry don't want to fix it. THEY make more money this way!
Hey Carli....I was just wondering if you ever watched "THE GODDESS"?
Do let me know if you get a chance...
