A Few More Brief Words About Brief Encounter

Now I understand why Billy Wilder watched this movie, decided they'd told the wrong story, and created a much better movie around a character who appears in one scene. Brief Encounter, at less than 90 minutes, was not brief enough. Boring, whiny, anti-climatic. . . I could go on, but I wanted to be brief.

Tonight is the Manning bowl, and while I am more of a Colts fan than a Giants fan (even though I grew up in New Jersey), I think I need to root for the Giants. Little siblings unite!
