Okay, I feel I need to set some things straight:
Rosie generally annoys the Hell out of me. I never watch THE VIEW anyway--I'm usually at work. I watched one episode featuring her as moderator and wanted to pounce on an argument she was making that made no sense. And her blog? I'm sorry, Rosie, but you are neither a poet nor a sage.
That being said, I feel that Donald's comments transcended bad taste and celebrity attention-seeking when he started saying things like, "Maybe she wanted to put the crown back on Miss USA's head. I think she's very attracted to Miss USA so she probably wanted to put the crown on her head herself,"--saying that as a lesbian, Rosie's jealous of Donald rather than (rightly) critical--that just hits below the belt.

I am sickened by Trump's comments. The only degenerate in all of this is the self-aggrandizing mysoginist homophobe serial-philanderer with perpetually bad hair.
I always hated him for being so shallow. Now my sentiments are validated.

I have a really hard time with "The Donald"...I think he is soooo full of himself and I must say, I kind of agree with Rosie that he is like a Snake Oil salesman....There is something sleazy about him...you know? And I don't get the feeing that cares about anything but himself....Remember, The Apprentice is beginning again in January...He is a Publicity Hound...Rosie may have a big mouth but she cares about other people and their needs...Trump cares about Trump, only!

Your post made me laugh. I haven't watched the Apprentice since the first season. And Rosie...well, I'm no fan of hers either...but I love that she took Star Jones to task and told her that she "pooped soup"...LOL! Happy New Year from me and from Michele!

I have watched the View, been thoroughly disappointed each and every time. So, I just don't watch it anymore... that is easy enough!

Carli, I agree with you about the Donald. He is way past his prime and this is the only way he can get publicity. He is definitely hitting below the belt; saying things that have nothing to do with the issue. I used to like The Apprectice, in the early days, but now he is worse than Carolyn, whom he fired for believing her publicity. I think he fired her because she was getting way more popular than he.
