Just wanted to thank you for your line of lower-sodium foods.
It's so difficult to find frozen meals that aren't loaded with salt. And
you manage to make them taste good, too!
Since starting to watch what I eat, and lowering my salt intake, my
blood pressure has plummeted from the brink of dangerously high to
almost normal. I'm convinced this is not only because I'm losing weight,
but also because I've been eating more soy. And since I HATE tofu
(sorry, but it's the truth), I think your Veggie Loaf is a great way of
sneaking more soy into my body in a delicious, filling way. I can't say
enough good things about it. If the Lower Sodium Veggie Loaf was a
puppy, I'd adopt it and let it sleep at the foot of my bed and feed him
organic dog biscuits all day long.
