I Think Ray Nagin Should Have Been A Fight Promoter

In a news conference Saturday, New Orleans mayor Ray Nagin called Gustav “the mother of all storms.”

“You need to be scared, you need to be concerned, and you need to get your butts moving out of New Orleans right now!” Major Nagin ordered. “This is the storm of the century.”

Or maybe he thinks he's playing himself in a movie.

Either way, I gotta admire his bluntness. It will probably save more lives than if he said something vague and milquetoast like, "Let's all stay calm while we get through this together."
