Movie Meme

I stole this MEME from Shephard, who has a really cool blog with lots of cat pictures and talk of Disney movies, and the whole thing kind of looks like a frosted cake.
Since it would take forever to complete if I overthought it, I am just going to go with the first stuff that comes to my head.

1. Name a movie that you have seen more than 10 times. Just one? Okay. Wizard of Oz.

2. Name a movie that you've seen multiple times in the theater. I think my record is Lion King (7).

3. Name an actor that would make you more inclined to see a movie. Shirley Maclaine

4. Name an actor that would make you less likely to see a movie. Jeff Bridges. Seriously can't stand the guy.

5. Name any movie you can and do quote from. What a long list this would be if I posted more than one, so I'm listing my most quotable: Parenthood

6. Name a movie musical that you know all of the lyrics to all of the songs. One? Seriously?? Grease

7. Name a movie that you have been known to sing along with. West Side Story

8. Name a movie that you would recommend everyone see. (I'm starting to feel like I'm on Family Feud) Uh, let's see, just one? Modern Times. It completely won my heart and is still relevant today.

9. Name a movie that you own. Ain't gonna lie. Flicka. Okay, gotta redeem myself with a good movie: Angels With Dirty Faces

10. Name an actor that launched his/her entertainment career in another medium but who has surprised you with his/her acting skills. Shaquille O'Neal. No, just kidding. Let's go with Jennifer Hudson

11. Have you ever seen a movie in a drive-in? If so, what? I can remember E.T. and Empire Strikes Back

12. Ever made out in a movie? No, but I did unzip some really tight jeans, which raised some eyebrows amongst my friends over what I was doing.

13. Name a movie that you keep meaning to see but just haven't yet got around to it. All About Eve.

14. Ever walked out of a movie? Yeah. Carrie 2: The Rage. I was in a terrible mood, the first movie freaked me out to no end, and the movie was just terrible.

15. Name a movie that made you cry in the theater. King Kong, the most recent remake.

16. Popcorn? I'm just not that into it.

17. How often do you go to the movies (as opposed to renting or watching at home)? It ebbs and flows, but usually a few times a month during the summer and holidays, significantly less often in the spring.

18. What's the last movie you saw in the theater? Wall-E.

19. What's your favorite/preferred genre of movie? A well written, clever comedy
with a well-defined plot

20. What's the first movie you remember seeing in the theater? It was either The Muppet Movie or a revival of Mary Poppins

21. What movie do you wish you had never seen? Dinosaur

22. What is the weirdest movie you enjoyed? Freaks The Peanut Butter Solution

23. What is the scariest movie you've seen? As a total cancerphob, Terms of Endearment Genuine horror movie, Carrie.

24. What is the funniest movie you've seen? Tough one. First off the top of my head, Parenthood or Best in Show

What an interesting MEME, Carli...
I cannot believe you hate Jeff Bridges...lol! Well, that is what makes Horse Racing, as they say....
ALL ABOUT EVE....It is THE Best film ever made about The Theatre! Memorable in every way...RUN to your Rental Store or Netflix, my dear....!
I think I have asked you this befire...Forguve me if I have...Did you ever see "THE GODESS"? Kim Stanley..Screenplay by Paddy Cheyefsky...Kim Stanley
s performace was stunning....Especially when we dodn't see these kinds of performanmces back in 1958....!

Eggs Benedict is just The Best Brunch type meal. But you need to have them at a really great place. Otherwise they could be crappy.

Back from a three day extended weekend ride. Had to check out Carli's blog to see what I missed. Movie stuff. I like when you post movie stuff!

By the way, I went to see Hancock this afternoon. Could not wait to see it. Not too sure what I think of it yet. Would love to get your take on it.
